For Francesca, the story always comes first. She's made a career of eliciting the story in every project—whether interviewing an executive about a concept, editing a speech, creating materials to introduce new products to foreign markets in a culturally sensitive way, writing travel tales, asking the right questions to find patterns in the life of a young person drafting a college essay—and supporting clients in finding extraordinary ways to express their story.

In addition to the paramount purpose of storytelling, other skills she developed as a marketing communications and brand marketing manager, web design manager, and presentation consultant—including how to identify and articulate the strengths of a brand (especially a personal narrative as a brand)—are ready when needed to serve the student or client.
